The ideal candidate will be provided leads to attend in-house appointments and meet with residential clients to assess their current situation & needs while recommending appropriate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. This role involves interacting with people, building positive, trustworthy relationships before providing the appropriate solutions. The position requires strong customer service and sales skills to drive revenue growth.
