Proposal Manager – Sales Excellence

As a Proposal Manager, you provide logistical, administrative, and content development support to teams developing sales proposals. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating RFx outlines
• Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
• Facilitating digital collaboration and content development
• Supporting proposal production and collaboration with Content Management teams to source content
• Supporting medium sales opportunities and assisting other proposal managers on larger opportunities
• Overseeing the development of deliverables for pre‑RFx, orals, site visits, client sessions, workshops, and BAFO (Best and Final Offer) presentations
• Working with internal customers to develop high‑quality, compliant, and compelling RFx responses with on‑time delivery
