A. Role Summary

The Sales Manager – BMS will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of Avanceon’s Building Management Solutions division. This role encompasses full P&L ownership , strategic engagement with consultants, contractors, and clients , and early-stage project intelligence to position Avanceon as the preferred BMS partner. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry insights and a proactive approach to identifying, developing, and closing high-impact opportunities across the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors .
