To further ensure and grow our sales department in LATAM, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager.

As the Sales Manager you will lead a team of Territory Account Executives for the portfolio of NSF's Service offerings and ensuring sales goals and quotas are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of LATAM Territory Account Executives for the Food, ISR, and Water business units
• Ensure sales goals and quotas are met for the team
• Oversee people development, sales enablement, and organizational excellence for all Territory Account Managers
• Provide direction, leadership, training, development, and mentoring to the LATAM Sales team
• Assist in employee growth through training and career development activities
• Recruit new team members as necessary
• Establish staff priorities and assignments
