Job Description

This is a multi‑function role in a Business Centre. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the person in the Sales Support role should be a dynamic self‑motivated individual ready to work in a fast‑paced team environment and capable of providing superior customer service to our valued customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by performing back‑end tasks to enable salespeople to focus on sales more efficiently and increase sales ROI and customer satisfaction.
  • Measurable increase in Sales ROI (Gross margin/Sales cost).
  • Consistently engage in activities to improve personal product knowledge, technical expertise and sales fundamentals.
