Overview

Reporting to the Director, Salesforce & MuleSoft Platforms, the Salesforce Administrator contributes to the configuration, support, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem. The role focuses on Tier 1 production support, PSP setup, and system configuration aligned with business needs across Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Clinic Solutions teams.
