Salesforce Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (5–8+ years of experience) to support a CRM consolidation and migration initiative into Salesforce .

This role will work closely with a Solution Architect and a Mid-Level Developer , acting as a technical leader and escalation point while remaining hands-on in development. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce engineering expertise, supports technical decision-making, and ensures high-quality delivery across the implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform tools
• Act as a technical escalation point for the mid-level developer and support problem resolution
