About the role
This position has a hybrid work arrangement. On average, this means 1 day on-site per week. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities. We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team as technical support for our SAP SuccessFactors (EC Payroll) environment. This role is designed for a proactive professional who understands the Canadian payroll lifecycle and wants to play a hands‑on role in shaping our system's capabilities. Accountabilities
Yearly Payroll Cycle & Compliance
Annual Lifecycle Execution: Lead the technical readiness for the Canadian payroll year, including the configuration of New Year tax rate updates (CPP/QPP, EI). Maintain system performance and compliance by monitoring and applying support packs in a timely manner. Year-End Filing Mastery: Support the system‑side execution of T4, T4A, and RL-1 processes.
