SAP ERP implementations

Description Reporting to the Director, ERP Implementation, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Enterprise Commons (EC) SAP S4 Hana and SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation program by planning, managing, and reporting on several concurrent project streams. In collaboration with the EC Project leadership, the individual coordinates and executes project plans and monitors project timelines and deliverables. This role is a key member of the overall EC Project Management Office.

Responsibilities

Manage all project management life cycle aspects in collaboration with the system integrator, including scoping, resource assignment, planning, tracking, and reporting.

Maintain and organize project materials. Structuring the project folders in a standard best practice manner, ensuring materials are archived and filed as appropriate
