About the role
Canadian Blood Services seeks a Regular full‑time SAP HR/Payroll (Business Acceptance Analyst) to join the Talent Programs team. The Payroll Services team supports payroll processes and partners with internal teams to enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Requests for Change (RFC) process, partnering with Business Owners, Employee Relations, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of new or changing practices.
- Conduct thorough analysis and investigation of potential issues, prioritize RFCs, and gather business requirements to enable SAP HR, Pay, and Finance configuration changes.
- Manage daily execution and configuration of ERP SAP system changes, including operational functionality changes, break/fixes, enhancements and ratifications of collective agreements.
- Review all RFC and Business Tasks to scope required resources for testing within scheduled deadlines.
