Purpose

The ScotiaHelps Advisor, Front End (Bilingual) is responsible for the maximization of collection recoveries on assigned Credit Products while minimizing collection costs. The incumbent conducts timely, effective collection follow-up/activity on assigned Credit products in varying stages of arrears, as also current and written off accounts. The role involves managing outbound and inbound calls across multiple countries, adhering to established methodologies to achieve timely recovery, reducing delinquency rates, persuading clients towards payment solutions, and maximizing recovery of charged-off accounts. The incumbent is expected to meet specific goals and objectives to ensure high levels of productivity and effectiveness, contribute to the overall success of the Unit, and provide effective, straightforward service to build trust with customers, suppliers, peers, and employees.
