Seasonal Garden Centre Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Seasonal Garden Centre Trainer to support several store locations within a 1 hr travel circuit daily to support merchandising and staff training during our peak season from mid April - end of May

This role is crucial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, effective staff training, product maintenance and overall visual excellence at each location

Garden Centre Trainers work a 5 day schedule including 1 weekend day with the ability to work overtime if required

Prior Garden Centre Management and Training Experience is REQUIRED
