Our client is looking for a professional Senior Accountant that has a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in fund, public accounting, audit, or tax. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of US GAAP and partnership taxation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage capital calls, distributions, notices, and cash transactions across multiple funds.
- Oversee carried interest reporting and vesting schedules with HR.
- Generate financial statements, capital account reporting, and accounting records.
- Support tax reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Review legal agreements to ensure accurate allocations and reporting.
- Monitor covenant requirements and external reporting obligations.
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives.
