Senior Advisor in Civil Engineering at Alto

Elevate Canada’s rail infrastructure with Alto as a Senior Advisor in alignment and drainage engineering. Play a critical role in our high-speed train project connecting Quebec City and Toronto.
As you report to the Senior Director of Civil Engineering, your strong background in rail design will enable you to manage project scopes and guide technical processes. You will provide oversight on alignment engineering to ensure safety, compliance, and timely project delivery while engaging with diverse stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Private Development Partner to create alignment plans
• Provide expert guidance during design processes
• Approve and review design specifications
• Serve as the main technical liaison for alignment matters
• Monitor quality control of engineering activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred
