Senior Applied ML Engineer: Speech & LLMs in Production

Talent Connect is seeking an experienced Applied ML Engineer (Senior) to lead the development of machine learning models for real-world AI products. This remote role focuses on building and improving speech-to-text systems for medical conversations in Brazilian Portuguese and Latin American Spanish.

You will design, train, and deploy ML models, maintain training pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Candidates in Medellín are preferred, and a strong programming skill in Python is required.
