The Opportunity
The Senior Associate, Deal Management, Private Investment Operations will be primarily responsible for ensuring timely and seamless execution of all private deals. They will act as the primary point of contact for the investments group and the subject matter expert for the private deal execution process for all internal and external stakeholders. They will also be responsible for maintaining deal execution‑related data and creating actionable insights that can be used enterprise‑wide.
Who You'll Work With
The Senior Associate, Deal Management, Private Investments Operations will work in a sub‑team within the larger Private Investment Operations team within Finance, closely collaborating with all investment departments that execute private deals, Fund & Direct Ops, Due Diligence and Advisory teams, as well as other stakeholders in Finance, business application owners and users, information technology stakeholders, and third‑party providers....
