Senior Civil Design Leader

Arup is seeking a Senior Civil Design Leader, in our Vancouver or Calgary office, to lead the delivery of complex urban corridor projects. This role will lead multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, buildable corridor solutions, integrating roadway design, bus rapid transit, intelligent transportation systems, utilities, green infrastructure, and sustainable urban development. You will work closely with municipalities and transit agencies to deliver projects that improve transit reliability, accessibility, and resilience, while maintaining traffic operations and supporting active travel within constrained urban rights‑of‑way.
