Senior Claims Learning Coach- Property (Toronto)

Overview

As a Senior Claims Learning Coach you’ll support content curation, training delivery, and coaching of complex claims to develop talent and proficiency within the Property team. You will partner with the Claims Learning and Development Team and leaders to create an impactful learner experience that supports exceptional client service and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Co‑facilitate training and workshops with expertise in claims content when complexity requires a subject matter expert.
• Evaluate learners through assessments, observation and feedback sessions, ensuring learning transfer and a seamless transition to business as usual.
• Provide coaching to learners in ambiguous situations to support autonomous decision‑making on complex claims.
• Deliver exceptional client service in phone and/or field interactions in accordance with claims service and quality standards.
