Senior Client Relationship Manager - Employee Share Plans

MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead the end-to-end management of a portfolio of Employee Share Plan clients.

This role is suited to a seasoned relationship manager with strong technical knowledge of employee share plans and the confidence to manage complex client portfolios, stakeholder relationships, and escalations across multiple regions.

About the role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will have overall responsibility for the delivery, governance, and growth of a portfolio of Employee Share Plan clients. You will oversee service administration, reconciliations, reporting, and client outcomes, while also providing leadership, guidance, and escalation support to a team of Client Relationship Managers.
