Summary As part of the Service Design & Transformation team, the Service Design Transition Architect (SDTA) plays a key role in supporting Public Sector solutions by being involved in both the solution design and delivery phases of the solution. The SDTA’s primary focus is to engulf themselves in the pre-sale deal process and post-dale delivery process following SDTA best practices.
Pre‑Sales Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with pre‑sales deal teams
Support pre‑sale deal team with championing collaboration with key stakeholders in defining a solution that meets non‑standard requirements
Scrub RFP and derive results within Traceability Matrix to help provide solution requirements (People, Process, Tools) and impacted stakeholders
Inventory any questions with deal team and/or customer to acquire clarification prior to shaping solution
Review any AGB initiatives or NPIs associated with products to determine whet...
