Senior Contracts Attorney

Overview

At Gallagher, you'll help shape the contracts that support our North American businesses. You'll work on a wide range of commercial agreements and help colleagues manage legal and business risk. This role brings together contract drafting, negotiation, and practical legal advice. You'll also help identify and address issues linked to privacy, data security, HIPAA, GDPR, intellectual property, bankruptcy, and regulation. How you'll make an impact You'll work across the business to move contracts forward and help teams make clear, informed decisions. You'll draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor, client, partnership, consulting services, marketing, and other agreements that support Gallagher's operations.
