Your Role Within the Team

• Lead cost control, analysis, and reporting for engineering services provided from Argentina to Canada.
• Support forecasts and cash‑flow analysis in a multi‑currency, international environment.
• Monitor and control project and operational costs billed to Head Office.
• Ensure accurate allocation of direct labor, overheads, and indirect costs.
• Analyze budget vs. actuals, identify variances, determine root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain cost models for pricing, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly cost reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the new costing system.
