SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership (in partnership with President, Business Aviation):
Collaborate closely with the President, Business Aviation to develop and execute business strategies that support Skyservice’s vision and growth objectives.
Work jointly to identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging trends, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate priorities.
Continuous Improvement:
Design and implement process improvement methodologies and/or programs to enhance efficiency and reduce waste across the business unit.
Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor progress and ensure accountability across all BA teams.
Operational Excellence:
Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize processes in flight operations client services and other areas specific to Business Aviation.
