Senior Expert, Rubber Mixing and Recycling (Concón)

We are seeking a Senior Expert, Rubber Mixing and Recycling to join our Mexico team. You will be responsible for supply chain in safety, sustainability, quality and financial performance.

You will join a team of Manufacturing Engineering (ME) experts focused on customer satisfaction, product quality and operational safety. We emphasize environmental impact and efficiency through product process engineering. In efficiency, the focus is on reliable and competitive lead times and high productivity, thereby reducing product cost.

• Act as a global technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Rubber Mixing and Recycling operations: provide support and knowledge of rubber compound manufacturing and batch control to local teams.
