Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Restructuring group. The role focuses on assisting creditors and distressed businesses through receiverships, bankruptcies, and turnaround initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, accounting records, and financial models.
• Assess business plans, forecasts, and financial positions of distressed companies.
• Prepare integrated cash flow models and scenario analyses.
• Support the execution of formal restructuring mandates including Receiverships, Proposals, and Bankruptcies.
• Prepare formal reports for stakeholders, creditors, and courts.
• Advise companies, lenders, creditors, shareholders, and regulators on restructuring matters.
• Manage multiple engagements and timelines concurrently.
• Oversee sales processes for the disposition of distressed assets and businesses.
