We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Restructuring group. The role focuses on assisting creditors and distressed businesses through receiverships, bankruptcies, and turnaround initiatives. Responsibilities

Analyze financial data, accounting records, and financial models. Assess business plans, forecasts, and financial positions of distressed companies. Prepare integrated cash flow models and scenario analyses. Support the execution of formal restructuring mandates including Receiverships, Proposals, and Bankruptcies. Prepare formal reports for stakeholders, creditors, and courts. Advise companies, lenders, creditors, shareholders, and regulators on restructuring matters. Manage multiple engagements and timelines concurrently. Oversee sales processes for the disposition of distressed assets and businesses.
