Senior Hydrogeologist

Location: Waterloo, Ontario (flexible within Ontario offices).

Role Overview

As a Senior Hydrogeologist on the Environmental Services team, you will deliver high‑quality hydrogeology solutions for mining projects, permitting, water supply studies, dewatering studies and other hydrogeologic assessments. You will lead projects, build conceptual models, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the client’s needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a strong health and safety culture and actively participate in Stantec’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environment Program.
• Prepare proposals, develop work plans/budgets, and manage projects/tasks.
• Plan, coordinate, and support field programs, including intrusive investigations.
