Stantec’s Community Development team is growing in Atlantic Canada, and we are leading an increasing number of exciting planning and development projects across Halifax, Moncton, Fredericton, and Charlottetown. We are seeking a Senior Land Development Engineer/Project Manager to manage and coordinate residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional development projects of varying size and complexity, and to undertake business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake marketing efforts and business development pursuits, including lead development, proposal preparation, presentations, relationship and client management.
• Develop project scope, budgets, and design approach for projects of all sizes.
