What you’ll do

• Work closely with the Corporate Secretary and the Board of Directors on managing all aspects of the Board governance, meeting management and administration.
• Manage corporate and regulatory filings, both provincial and federal.
• Support on corporate and legal matters as needed, including minute books, legal notices and responding to regulatory inquiries.
