Senior Manager, Analytics

We're looking for an enthusiastic Analytics Manager to join our Central Data Team and guide our central analytics sub‑craft. In this hybrid player‑coach role, you will be the heart of our data strategy, helping our studio and central teams understand their data needs while staying close to the craft you love. You will directly support and mentor a wonderful team of six analysts, including a trainee, fostering a welcoming space where everyone can learn and grow together.

As a key strategic partner, you will connect closely with our games‑as‑a‑service platform (Beacon), our direct‑to‑consumer team, and our user acquisition tooling teams. Together, you will help shape our business unit planning and turn complex data into clear, compassionate insights that support our internal game teams.
