Senior Manager - mississauga

The Portfolio Group are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager (agency background) to lead and grow our Payroll Recruitment team in Toronto!

Role

As a hands on Manager, you will lead from the front in running your own desk within Payroll Recruitment, taking responsibility for the full Recruitment lifecycle including Business Development & winning new clients, Recruiting, Candidate & Client Management and running the full process. Alongside this, you will coach and mentor our existing Recruitment team, while working with the Director to grow and shape the business as we take it to the next level!

• Client Development, Relationship Building and Business Development
• Working with a large, warm & varied client platform covering all industries
• Lead generation
• Client meetings – both in person and video
• Recruiting – Head hunting, networking & candidate process management
• Internal cross selling and collaboration
