Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Colleague Enablement & Engagement within the COO team, the Senior Manager will lead planning, analytics, and workforce optimization across the Canadian Personal Banking Operations cluster. The role focuses on building and executing scorecard operations, forecasting, scheduling, and capacity plans to ensure optimal staffing and productivity improvements.

The Operations team, part of the Chief Operating Office, supports personalized banking by delivering specialized customer and partner support. Core functions include lending, credit practice management, fulfillment, banking operations, estates services, and production support.
