Role Overview
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Senior Manager, Pay Equity & Compensation Governance is accountable for the governance and ongoing compliance of the organization’s pay equity and compensation practices across federal and applicable provincial jurisdictions. The role provides strategic leadership on pay equity legislation and compensation governance, ensuring compliance while supporting the business strategy and disclosure/reporting requirements.
This role acts as the organization’s subject matter expert and strategic advisor on pay equity, operating at the intersection of Pay Equity Committee, Labour Relations, Legal, and Total Rewards. It provides enterprise leadership for pay equity and compensation governance across federal and applicable provincial jurisdictions in a union and non‑union environment.
