Senior Manager, Talent Management and Board Governance

About the Role

Senior Manager, Talent Management & Board Governance reports to the Director of Talent Management & Board Governance and leads key talent management programs in line with the Leadership Strategy. The role combines strategic communication with hands‑on execution to deliver executive talent priorities, regulatory and board requirements for the leadership population.

Responsibilities

• Solution, implement and operationalize enterprise talent management priorities that activate the Leadership Strategy across key talent segments (e.g., succession planning, talent planning).
• Establish and reinforce governance mechanisms to design, socialize and execute clear talent management processes with key partners (HR Talent Partners, Compensation, Governance & Controls, Corporate Secretary, Compliance).
