THE ROLE
As the Concierge Senior Manager, you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Optimize the performance in each channel
Sell clothes, deliver world-class service, and build loyal client relationships
Ensure the world-class delivery of sales, solution, and service expertise
Resolve client escalations to protect Aritzia’s brand and elevate our commitment to delivering Everyday Luxury experiences.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Concierge Senior Manager has:
Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in a high-volume contact centre, preferably within a Retail environment
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
