Description

General:
Collaborate and perform other duties required for effectiveness of department, or as required by Manager.
Collaborate with other Teams/functions by completing agreed tasks/requests. 
Identify improvement opportunities within job scope.
Product Improvement & Redesign:
Improve existing product designs for reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency
Translate field issues and warranty trends into design improvements
Drive DFM/DFA initiatives with overseas factories
NCR Investigation & Root Cause Analysis:
Lead structured investigation of recurring defects
Perform hands-on failure analysis
Implement and validate corrective/preventive actions
 ​Manufacturing & Tooling Support:
Provide tooling and process improvement input
Support sample review, first article inspection, and production release
