Elevate your career with a Senior Payroll Administrator position supporting the Director of Payroll in processing payroll for over 200 employees. This role demands expertise in compliance and payroll projects.
In this senior role, you will report to the Director of Payroll and assist with various payroll functions. You’ll process weekly pay cycles ensuring regulatory compliance for both union and non-union employees and coordinate with remote offices for accuracy. Your responsibilities will extend to benefits management, analysis for the accounting team, and preparing ROEs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees
• Liaise with remote offices regarding hours and earnings
• Support accounting with necessary payroll analysis
• Prepare and submit ROEs electronically
