Senior Program Manager - P&C Planning & Portfolio

Job Description

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of priority cross‑functional P&C initiatives, from scoping through execution and stabilization.
• Define and align on scope, deliverables, timelines, and success measures for assigned initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the engagement for project teams, leadership, and business partners.
• Stand up and maintain program documentation, risk tracking, and delivery plans to ensure execution discipline and visibility.
• Provide structured support to the P&C portfolio, including consolidating inputs and surfacing key risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Develop and implement reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Support timely escalation of delivery risks and issues, including preparing inputs and recommendations for leadership decisions.
