Senior Project Control Engineer (Santiago)

Our office in Santiago is looking for a Senior Project Control Engineer to lead innovative solutions and deliver high‑quality projects for our internal, existing, and new clients. This role will build and strengthen commercial awareness and take responsibility for coaching and technically developing the team.

• Understand the project lifecycle and implement control processes and procedures as needed.
• Develop Master Project Programs for various mining clients.
• Plan and control engineering services.
• Generate program support documentation, such as Programming Bases.
• Analyze and review coherent critical paths.
• Autonomously generate programs with a logical sequence according to the scope of each program.
• Develop resource histograms.
• Estimate contingencies in generated programs, with a technical basis supporting the corresponding value.
