Senior Project Engineer
Description
The Senior Project Engineer will support the Project Management team to drive key initiatives, oversee aspects of project execution and help with coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities: Phase Director support and leadership
Support the Phase Director with technical leadership across multi-discipline interfaces (process, mining, infrastructure, TSF, water, logistics, power).
Drive integration across engineering, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, and execution strategy to ensure “one plan / one basis.”
Prepare concise decision briefs, recommendation memos, and steering materials (trade-offs, implications, risks, next steps).
Coordinate priority deliverables and remove roadblocks across discipline leads and the EPCM.
