Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex cross‑functional projects, including new product launches, global expansion, M&A, and internal transformation.
• Develop execution plans aligned with Clio’s strategic vision and goals.
• Drive strategic alignment and decision‑making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with work‑stream leaders, continually testing and validating assumptions.
• Identify and highlight dependencies, facilitating communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams; remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks.
