Our utilities client is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Specialist to lead procurement strategies and complex Terms and conditions negotiations (legal terms) for major capital and operational projects
Calgary-based office. Candidates will be in-office 3 days/week, and 2 days WFH
Must Haves:
15+ years in project procurement across capital project environments with commercial acumen and contract leadership
Strong proficiency with EPC, equipment supply, and services contracts (Complex T&C negotiations) 
Capability to manage RFx development, bid evaluation, and contract execution (legal terms) 
Experience structuring lump sum, time and materials, and hybrid contract models
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
Strong Nice-to-Have's:
Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement systems
