Compensation:$85,000–$120,000 base salary + benefits
Schedule:Full-time, onsiteKey Responsibilities
Portfolio & Operational OversightOversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential units across multiple properties.Ensure smooth integration and stabilization of newly acquired buildings, including onboarding of site teams, processes, and systems.Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to on-site property management staff.Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency across the portfolio.Financial ManagementManage annual operating budgets, forecasting, and reportingMonitor monthly financial performance, variances, rent collections, delinquencies, and expense controls.Review and approve vendor invoices, contracts, and purchase orders.Support capital planning and execution of capital projects as required.Tenant & Buildin...
