Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cost plans aligned with project scope
• Oversee accurate financial reporting following commercial calendars
• Administer subcontracts in line with contract specifications
• Provide commercial guidance and escalate challenges on-site
• Support risk mitigation and auditing throughout projects
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing complex Cost Breakdown Structures
• Degree in engineering, management, or cost discipline
