Senior Refrigeration Engineer
Description
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in refrigeration systems
- Proven experience in designing refrigeration systems (preferably for industrial or commercial applications)
- Familiarity with low-GWP and natural refrigerants such as CO₂ and hydrocarbons is an advantage
- Knowledge of relevant standards and codes (e.g., BS EN, ASHRAE, F-Gas, PED)
- Membership in a professional engineering body is desirable
- Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
- Proficient in heat load calculations and system sizing
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar
