Senior Reinsurance Broker – Nordics

Overview

This role sits within our Reinsurance Treaty team, supporting clients across the Nordic region. You can be based in Copenhagen, Oslo, or Stockholm. You’ll work on Property and Casualty business while having the scope to develop opportunities in other areas such as cyber, credit, surety, or engineering. If you bring experience in life, MGAs, or specialist lines and see potential to build business, there’s space to grow this within the role. This is a producing role where you’ll combine relationship management with new business development. You’ll manage selected client accounts while actively building a pipeline across the Nordic market. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across Europe to deliver tailored reinsurance solutions.
