Senior Rigging Artist - UNDISCLOSED PROJECT - Expression of Interest

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Character Supervisor and Rigging Lead/Supervisor, the Rigging artist provides a rig for production assets, ensuring the rigs are produced in accordance with the internal technical workflow and the artistic vision established on the project.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Rigging Lead/Supervisor to establish a robust animation rig that reflects the tone and style of the film
• Creates high-quality full rigs (body and facial) that meet the film's technical and stylistic requirements
• Works closely with the animation team to ensure that production needs are understood and that animators have fast, efficient and intuitive assets
• Proposes and applies modifications to rig modules used in the pipeline under the supervision of a Lead/Supervisor
• Contributes technical and visual ideas and solutions for the film
