What you'll do

As a Technical Consultant, you will support Enterprise Cloud Services customers for SAP innovative products. Your responsibilities include:

• Lead service delivery based on defined KPIs and provide pre‑sales support.
• Design, build, plan, set up, implement, and operate complex SAP landscapes to meet ambitious SLA requirements.
• Document technical operational concepts, create guidelines, and share knowledge with local and integral teams.
• Standardise complex activities and convert them into reproducible processes.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to define and validate new offerings.
• Install SAP products following ECS standards and perform cross‑platform migrations.
