Description
The Senior Technician Audio Visual - Service collaborates with the Client Services Team to support customers with service requests, preventative maintenance as well as small move, add, and change (MAC) work.
Responsible for documentation & reporting of findings & solutions for each service job performed. Strong communication skills & discipline, internally and externally, are necessary to be successful at providing an excellent customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review service ticket requirements and plan accordingly.
Coordinate equipment & company vehicle resources.
Review material options and verify count accuracy.
Facilitate the delivery of staged materials to the jobsite.
Review, modify and red line job documentation for assigned tickets.
Communicate & coordinate with the Client Services Team regarding schedule, materials, & job status.
