YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of work performed by OLG Customer Care teams in order to identify and understand training needs and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training programs for identified project needs and skill gaps.
• Develop and revise training materials to supplement recommended training programs.
• Plan and deliver training programs across multiple formats, including in‑person, virtual, and e‑learning, to effectively engage target audiences and optimize content delivery.
